Thumbnails only 15px wide despite settings

I am trying to setup Nextgen and am having a problem with the thumbnails.
Please refer to the above link to see the problem – the thumbnail for the album is correct, but when you go into the album, the thumbnails on the gallery are only 15px wide – I have changed a couple of settings (that I know how to – given I have very limited knowledge of this) but they always come out looking like this.
