    Hi, and thanks for your reply.

    I’m currently using the free version to test it out, but if I can get it to work on my site, I’ll most likely purchase the Pro version.

    Hope you can help ??

    Hi, I wonder if you read these messages after you’ve set them to resolved and the user sets them back to not resolved.

    Have you solved your issue ?

    No, I just stopped using the plugin because I never got an answer here: You asked me if I was using free or pro and posted a screenshot of pro … and then marked the issue resolved. Unfortunately, as I replied, I’m using free. I think I’ll just not use this plugin. Thanks anyway though.

    Not sure if the author understand the issues that people are having with the thumbnails not showing up and I don’t particularly like how the author is just setting the post to resolved, but I’ll help out the community, and ultimately the author, anyway…

    I was having the same issue. Just go to the post, and at the bottom right, set the “featured image” to whatever you want to show up on the grid.

    Yeah, the author does just set everything to resolved even if it’s not. For this reason, I definitely won’t buy the product, and I’m using alternatives. It’s a shame, because it looked really good at the beginning. Thanks for posting, rainmaker7.

    What alternative do you use?

    A combination of WP Photo Plus and Jet Pack, but now I see that this plugin has been updated twice since I last tried it (and since I posted my unresolved question), so maybe I will give it another shot.

    Thanks for the info.

    Hi @rainmaker7,
    Should i keep reply when someone told ” I just stopped using the plugin” i have already told the feature might looking for already in premium version.

    Also can you please create another post with detail problem. i hope i can solve your issue too.

    Regards

    And please note @archerfoto i think you are not correct in all case to marked post as resolved please go to support list of this plugin and see who is the last poster ? in most case i can see “paratheme” if people not replied in time what should i do ?

    I stopped using it because you stopped supporting me in this thread. I answered your question about whether I was using Premium right away, and then I came back a week or so later to see you’d marked the thread as resolved.

    It does look like a really nice plugin, if I could get it to work. If I try again, it will be this week, and I’ll start a new support post to see if you can help me if I don’t figure it using rainmaker’s suggestion.

    Hi @archerfoto
    Can you please create another post with detail problem or for quick support you can use our forum if you wish https://paratheme.com/qa/

    you can also use contact page for email support which is also free.

    I will try my best.

    Regards

    I have found a fix which solves this problem. If your images are still not showing after setting a featured image, you need to go into the plugin to edit it. Open the post-grid/grid-items/thumbnail.php file and comment out the following lines:

    //if(!empty($external_thumb))
    // {
    // $thumb_url = $external_thumb;
    // }

    This is setting the image src to “Array”, which is evidently not an image url. Hope this helps. I would ask the developer to make the necessary changes for this fix or find a solution that works. You’re welcome.
