    Hi,

For some reason some of gallery thumbnails become bigger that the 75×75 size established on settings. It’s a random thing and I don’t know exactly on which galleries is happening until I end up in a post with a gallery attached with the wrong thumbnail size.

Is there any way to bulk update all thumbnails to the size established on settings?

    Thank you in advance

    Hi @sottovoce,

Can you please let us know what gallery display type are you using?
You can bulk resize the thumbnails from “Gallery -> Manage Galleries” by selecting any gallery and select “Create new thumbnails” from the “Bulk actions”

    Mihai,

I have my galleries organized this way: Each gallery has it’s own page which I create using the “add page” button from Manage Gallery section. When some gallery is used inside a post, clicking an image takes you to the previously created page, to be able to see all the images.

I understand that there is a ?Create new thumbnails? action, but the thing is that I currently have 2.744 galleries and I think that going through the 98 pages is not the best choice. This is why I’m asking if there is another way to recreate thumbnails in bulk.

    Thank you.

    Hi @sottovoce

Apologies, at this moment we don’t have another way to resize those thumbnails at once. Could you please share with us the shortcode that you are currently using in your galleries?

If you have some URL samples, that might be helpful as well.

Gaby, it doesn’t look like a shortocde thing, because if I open the wrong size thumbnail in a new window it shows at full size in spite of being inside gallery/thumbs/ folder.

Anyway, I will be addressing the other thread first.

    Hi @sottovoce,

I hope that you wouldn’t mind to provide us with a link for your problematic gallery page so we could have a look at the images.

    Thanks in advance,
    Mihai
