Thumbnails Reverting

This plugin is doing the exact opposite of what I want. It is reverting my custom, cropped thumbnails to their original, default crop. What I need is for my custom crop to actually show up in my blog stream, which was not happening and why I gave this plugin a try. Any ideas?
