    This panel with content below gallery thumbnails it’s description panel of the Polaroid gallery mode.
    Just enable Polaroid gallery mode and select content source for this description panel.
    Few another tips for this gallery view it’s disabled borders in thumbnail settings of the gallery. At the same time this gallery have enabled shadow for the thumbnails.
    If you set different values for static and hovered shadow you’ll see such effect as you see in our movie demo gallery.
