Thumbnais do not display

    I have tried all possible settings and it seems impossible to get the thumbnails to display as a filmstrip below the light box.
    Server settings are as recommended:
    MySQL v5.6 (or higher)
    PHP 7.2 (or higher)
    Memory limit: 250MB (or higher)
    Upload limit: 50MB (or higher)
    Post limit: 50MB (or higher)
    /wp-content directory has sufficient permissions (i.e. 755)

    Any suggestions would be kindly appreciated.

    Hi @saizenay,

    The only Lightbox effect that support thumbnails is Pro Lightbox that’s available in NextGen Plus and NextGen Pro but isn’t available in NextGen Gallery ( free ).
