    Hey there. Love your nice plugin but I have a little problem on a site for a customer. If I want to go from one thumbnail to another, I must leave the first down to select the next one. It looks as if the clickable area is defined only in the lower quarter. I searched and it looked as if the area is correctly defined but it doesn′t work. Can you help me with this?
    Thanks in adavance! Julia

    Hi Julia,

    Thank you for choosing Master Slider.

    Please go to Master Slider -> Slider Controls, then on Used controls click on Thumblist/Tabs and send us a screenshot from Thumblist/Tabs Control Options.

    Also, make sure the Appearance on Thumblist/Tabs Control Option is Thumblist.

    Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Best,
    Averta

    Didn′t see a way to upload it as an attachment… maybe to early today ??
    Hope you can help me. I found out if I put the thumbs over or next to the slider it works perfect. But not under it. Strange…

    Hi again,

    The problem is ms-info is added on the thumbs. To fix this issue, you can add the below code to Slider Settings -> Slider custom styles:

    .ms-slide-info {
          pointer-events: none;
    }

    If you have any further questions, please let me know.

    Best,
    Averta
