thumbs.db Windows thumbnail store found

Thanks for replying @grapplerulrich but after following your steps still not getting the “thumbs.db” file in the theme. I have customized “Twenty Fifteen” theme. Is this causing the issue??

Even I have tried searching in whole directory i.e. root folder.

If you are running Theme Check on your site then this is not a big issue. You should not customize Twenty Fifteen but make a child theme or your will loose your changes when the theme updates.
