    Hi Toni,

I’m sorry that you had a negative experience here. We do really offer a LOT in the free plugin. PayPal isn’t one of those items, but we do have a gateway you can use in the free version (it used to be Google Wallet and now it’s Authorize.net). The premium add-ons are not required to use the directory at all and it has tons of features in it on its own. Of course, the effort to make a fully functional directory, support it regularly and continue to enhance it isn’t free and we offer some of the best support around for ANY plugin. It seems pretty unfair to say that we’re a 1-star plugin just based on that single fact alone.

If you want to have another go at the directory or if you have questions or issues, we’d be happy to help you make the best of it.

See – I’m not the only one who felt tricked. Don’t disparage this user for leaving you a low rating when it is her right to do so. I wish I would have read her review before spending time installing and configuring your plugin.
