Thumbs not showing

  • Hi there.
    I have installed the plugin and unfortunately, the thumbs are not showing, and when you click on the post, it comes up with a broken image.
    Any things I can try which might fix?

    Hi!

    This probably occurs because of the theme you’re using. Unfortunately, WordPress doesn’t offer an easy mechanism for using external featured images – our plugin uses a few tricks to achieve the expected behavior, but they don’t work with all themes.

    Anyway, if you could send me a copy of your theme at customers at nelio software dot com, I’ll be happy to take a look at it and see if there’s something we can do.
