I searched in the forum on how to reset the thumbs button.
I went to the database (phpadmin) and delete the column of _thumbs_rating_up from post meta table.
Restarted my wamp server, delete the cache and all of my post thumbs up were set to 0 (seen from dashboard).
The problem is when I go to the post page, the thumbs up number does show 0 but when I clicked on it, it says I have already voted.

    Hello,

The plugin stores in the browser local storage if you have voted or not.

If you clean your browser’s data, open a different browser or an incognito tab you should be able to vote.

This is per design. To make it as lightweight as possible using the most optimal solution. In this case browser’s localstorage and minimal database.

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks for the fast reply.
Yep, able to vote again in incognito tab.
Thanks for the explanation too and I understand now.
