    Hi there,

I’m currently in this dillema where thumbnails are not showing in Media Library. I updated our website last Monday and everything’s working perfectly. I uploaded pictures, create a photo gallery (I have Foo Gallery), created a page and inserted the gallery I created. No problems at all until the next day (Tuesday) when I uploaded more photos (to be included in the same gallery I created the previous day). I noticed in the “Upload New Media” page, there are no thumbnails of my previous photos displayed underneath. I just ignored it and uploaded more pictures. Works fine, all photos were uploaded. But when I’m updating the gallery and click on “Add Media” to add photos, the Media Library is not working. It’s not showing at all.

I’m on the latest version of WP (v4.7.3), all plugins are also up-to-date. The website’s front-end has no problem, only in wp dashboard.

Been googling for two days trying to fix this but to no avail. I have,
    – disabled all plugins
    – cleared my cache (I’m using WP Fastest Cache), launched the browser again and the result is the same
    – also tried other browsers and the result is the same
    – checked permissions on the root folder and wp-content which is 755
    – also tried “Force Regenerate Thumbnails” plugins but the result is the same. I’m not even sure if it worked (checked the attached screen cap).

    Media Library

    Force Regenerate Thumbnails

Btw, I also have a development site (local machine) which is exactly the same as the one on the live site, and both have the same issues.

I know many have experienced this problem in their site. If anyone can help me out, I would highly appreciate it.

    Thank you,

    Ric
