Tick Box and Radio Box Not Selectable

    Hi everyone,

    I hope someone can help. The tickbox and radio box have stopped working on all forms on the site. Visitors can’t select an option.

    Hi @chrissypritchard2016,

    I could notice the following console error:
    unrecognized expression: input[name=

    The above seems to point more related to a conflict. Could you please check whether it’s possible to run a conflict test by switching to a default WP theme and by deactivating all the plugins except Forminator to see whether the form works fine or not?

    If it works fine, then you’ll have to enable the plugins one by one and see activating which exact plugin the issue occurs.

    If the issue is still the same even after a conflict test then please do share the form export so that we could give a closer look.

    If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form export, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

    You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud service in the next reply.

    Hello, thanks so much for your help. My apologies for the delay in responding. The issue turned out to be a theme conflict as when I went to update some plugins I couldn’t use the checkboxes to do that either!
