same issue with my ticket

after i change the scrolling direction it’s ok but i need the direction for rtl language. I use galaxy s8+

Can you provide a url for me to view your ticker? I’ve done some testing but am unable to replicate. It’s possible I do not have a setting or 2 setup the the way you do in order to get the same results.
