Is the Ditty still added to your site? I’m not seeing any reference to it in the source code.

If you are loading the Ditty using the Global Render method, it’s possible it’s not loading due to a javascript error I’m seeing on your site:

Yes it is still there on my website. Yes, I looked for #grve-header and uploaded the thing above, where it is running. It takes a bit of time sometimes.

In Chrome, on PC, I reduced screen size to mobile and it was there.

Should I be looking for offending plugin using “ultimate_bg.min.js?ver=3.19.20:1:29295)” ?

    Else what alternative you suggest?

    Thanks for replying

Ok, I am seeing it now. I do also see the ticker at the top of the site when viewing on my iphone, so it seems to be working for me. What type of mobile phone/browser are you using?

Me too. All of a sudden. I use Samsung Galaxy and Chrome/Firefox. I believe “Cache” is the main problem, which hides many things.

Let me know if you are still having any issues, or if finding the cache problem has resolved this. Thanks!
