Ticker only works when logged in?

    When I’m logged into WP, everything seems fine. The ticker/marquee in the footer scrolls along as expected. However, when logged out, it shows a huge list of coins instead of scrolling along the bottom. (checked in Chrome, Firefox and Safari)

    Hi, sorry, should’ve tried this first.

    FYI for others who may experience this, it seems to have been Siteground Optimizer plugin, but more specifically, the Defer Render-blocking JavaScript setting. With this on, the ticker doesn’t display correctly.
