Ticker quit working after 6.2 update

    I’m sorry you are having issues. Can you provide a link to your site where the ticker should be so I can see what’s going on? Can you explain a bit about what is/isn’t happening?

    What version were you using previously? Did this happen after updating WordPress to 6.2 or after updating Ditty?

    You can download old version of the plugin on this page: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/ditty-news-ticker/advanced/

    Scroll down to the “PREVIOUS VERSIONS” section, select the version you want and hit “Download”. You’ll need to manually upload the file on your Plugins page, but you should be able to overwrite the current version.

    First thank you for responding so quickly, I unfortunately was called away from the computer for days. And Now– it is working! So I do not know why it failed after it’s up date, but glad it is now as it should be. ty

    Ok, thanks for the update! I wonder if it was some sort of cache issue.
