I updated the Tickera Bridge for Woo Commerce this morning to the latest version (1.57 I believe) and it crashed my site, bad. Not sure what the issue is, but now I cannot even go back to the previous (working) version and as I am a small theatre with a show coming up, I kind of need it working. HELP!

Given that Nridge for WooCommerce is a premium add-on and this issue is not related to the free version of Tickera, please contact us via our contact page here.

Ran into this same error this morning. Contacted support and quickly solved the issue. Figured it would be helpful to give an update here just in case anyone else runs into it.

Check your add-ons you are using with Tickera (i.e. bridge, forms, check in notifications etc). one of them is likely the culprit here. Bridge was my issue. I had 1.5.7 installed, but 1.5.9 was current.

Apparently the main Tickera add-on autoupdates to the newest version. NONE of the add-ons do this. You have to manually download them from your Tickera account and upload them to update. 4 of mine were old versions and I had no idea until this error.

I’ll make it a habit to check them regularly. You should too. ??

The last update of Tickera core plugin was a huge one.

This, unfortunately, affected the update process of the add-ons and the only way to update the add-ons was to manually deactivate and remove them and then download the latest versions from your account and install them.

However, all the further updates will continue working as expected and you will be able to update them from within the Plugins area of your website.
