    Hi,

    No answer to the ticket #734 in 2 weeks …
    The same on Messenger. I give your new details since more that 1 week and 0 answer.
    On Messenger, I was first waiting 5 days to have “more details please” in answer.

    This is not serious for support.

    Please give me a solution to resolve my problem please !

    Thank you for your response, but no solution has been provided. As I mentioned in my initial message, I am already using the tag you referred to, and it’s this very tag that is causing the issue. I have written a new message where I re-explain the situation in detail within the ticket.

    I hope we can now move forward quickly together to find a solution.

    Hello,

    It has now been one month since I reported the issue to you, and six days since you said you had identified the source of the problem, but still no solution… This is becoming really long, and my client is growing very impatient.

    It is unacceptable to leave people without updates for weeks. This is neither serious nor professional.

    I would appreciate it if you could let me know when the problem will be resolved, as it is now becoming critical.

    Hi, Is it possible to have an answer on the support ticket ?

    It’s unprofessional to have to constantly follow up just to hope for a response. This is dragging on, and I now urgently need an answer because the client has become extremely insistent and can no longer wait. Do you realize it’s now been two months since the ticket was opened?

    Please get back to me very, very quickly, as unfortunately, I can no longer wait any longer for a response.
