    Hi. So it says I can set the ticket alice for the email subject and “Note that it will only work in email subject. In case, if you want to change all the places then you have to translate .pot”. I can’t seem to locate the pot file… I essentially just want to change the word “ticket” to something else everywhere. Thanks.

    The word “Ticket” is used in a verity of sentences. Changing a word will not be an option here. Because of the meaning of the sentence will get changed.

    Yes, there is a solution to this by adding translation variables in all sentences. But it requires a LOT of work on our end and it will also impact all existing translations.

    You can use plugin named “Loco Translate” (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/loco-translate/) to change it wherever you want.
