    Hi,

    I’m testing SupportCandy before purchasing some extensions and wondered if the ticket Alice can be turned off? I want the subjects of email notifications to just be my company name – support. No numbers etc.

    Possible?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove ticket alice. Our some add-on working are depends on ticket alice.
