Ticket already in cart

So it seems there is always one extra ticket added in cart. If I add 2 tickets it goes to cart and says 2 at ￡5 but the total is ￡15. Even when I update cart using + – buttons it adds an extra ticket?
What have I done wrong?
PS I have purged all caches several times including edge caching on server.
