Ticket block error

In the block editor of a site running wp 5.7.1 and the latest version of the plugin, although custom post types (added via CPT UI) show up in the ticket settings, when I try adding the ticket block there is an error “This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.”, with an error on the console of “can’t access property “_tribe_ticket_capacity”, m is undefined”. The block works normally on native posts. I’ve tried deactivating all other plugins and using the default theme, neither of which make any difference.

Can you suggest anything I should try?
