    Hi loushou,

On the page that shows the ticket in the browser after clicking View Ticket in the email …for the top section of the ticket (the front I guess), at the bottom of that box, there are 6 OpenTickets logos, each with a link to the OT site. In the Front End tab in Settings for OT, in the Tickets > Ticket Branding Images section, there are only 5 to select images with, and I’ve set them all to “Remove Image”, eg. – blank.

I don’t recall if there were 6 at one point. I think there may have been. If so, I may have clicked “no image”. Would that have deleted the #6 box selector so that it would not be viewable on the screen at all (for admin), but would still show up on the front of the ticket with the default OT name and link (for the ticket Purchaser)? Is it still there, but just hidden?

If so, is there a way to make the last image selector on the right viewable and editable again?

    Hey @vunderbar,

The 6th image is not removable using the options page. There was an internal decision that resulted one of our brandings to remain on the ticket, to get our name out there. You can however create your own ticket template that does not have any brandings at all, including ours, but you will need to go out of your way a little to do it. Checkout this forum thread, under the “3. Can I have a custom Ticket Template, and where would the files live?” section, for a complete description of how to do this.

    Hope this helps,
    Loushou

    Hey Lou,

Thanks for the clarification. Good to know I wasn’t missing something. That being said, it’s always more appreciated when information like that is available from the beginning instead of appearing to be sneaking stuff in and having users figure it out later by accident and after it’s too late to switch if one has already put a lot of time into adopting and using it. But as you point out, it’s customisable (it is open source after all), so that is also appreciated.

Re/ wishing to “get OT’s name out there”. That’s certainly understandable, and I have no issue with that. And as much as I may wish for everything to be private/white labelled and/or no-name generic, another part always wonders how everybody is able to put so much free time and effort into developing all of their free products and projects, let alone keep everything up to date!

Kudos on a great product … and to your high standard of support. It’s uncommonly detailed and responsive. Thanks!
