• Not sure what is happening. I have entered 4 performance for my test show and checked it out and everything works fine. However, if I add a new performance to the list, then previous performance lose the ticket choice but the new one is ok. I have tried deleting all performances and re-entering new ones. I keep getting the same strange thing happening…

  • We’ve had trouble with ticket choices disappearing, not quite the same problem as you but when changing some things (I’m never sure quite what triggers this) in Performances.

    I’ve found that after any changes to Performances it’s best to ‘Save Changes’ not just in Performances but in Shows as well, even if you’ve changed nothing in Shows in that session. I don’t know if this will always, or indeed ever, help you but it’s brought back a disappearing ‘boxoffice’ on our tickets page a few times.
