Ticket counter not working when ticket is purchased

    Hi there,
    The ticket counter doesnt seem to work after a ticket is purchased.
    It just stays at the max number of tickets and does not count down the quantity, please help.

    As we have stated in the other tickets – our developers are looking into why your particular payment gateway is not sending the proper hooks in woocommerce for tickets to generate. Please do not open multiple tickets, as then different developers are looking at the issue and it is conflicting. As we clearly state in our support page, we work Mon to Fri EST hours.
