Ticket Data Not Displaying

I have emailed Eventbrite about this issue, but figured I would ask you guys as well. For my real event, the ticket info iframe has the “Whoops” error. I checked on the “ticket-external” page for our site idea and that is indeed what pops up instead of listing the ticket info like it usually does. This error does not occur on the test event I created. Do you know why this would occur? Thanks.
