Ticket disappears after page loading

Hi,
I inserted ticket using [wpsc_create_ticket] code on this URL https://ledstore.fi/blog/valaistussuunnittelu/ and ticked after loading popup for a second and then immediately disappears. After several reloads of the page, the form remains. How can I resolve this issue?
