Ticket Email not going thru

I have been working with this plugin for over 12 hours trying to get the email set up correct. I purchased a “test” ticket and it processed the payment thru paypal and such, but I never got a ticket emailed or a confirmation from the plugin.
My question is, do you have to manually email the ticket out every time one is purchased? Or am I just missing something? I really could use an answer as quick as possible.
Thank you so much! Other than this hiccup the plugin is great!
