Hi, I’m testing EventTickets on a test environment
    I’ve installed:
    WP 4.8-IT
    The Event Calendar 4.5.5
    Event Tickets 4.4.10
    Woocommerce 3.0.8
    theme: StoreFront 2.2.3

When I create a ticket for an event, the plugin saves the end date wrong as 1970-01-01 12:00 AM
The problem is with the time picker: it works only with 12 hour format. I have to set the end time as “0700 pm” because “1900” won’t work even if the select field suggest it. Moreover, the 24 hour format doesn’t need the “am/pm” period.

Similar question here https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/ticket-end-date-set-to-1970-01-01/, I can’t see the reply.

Is there some setting I’ve missed?
    Thanks
    Ziqu

  • Hi @ziqurrat.

That forum thread dealt with WPML and was resolved; the one private reply was the user’s system information so it being hidden isn’t affecting your ability to understand that user’s situation.

I don’t see that you are using WPML, and we haven’t heard reports of this issue from other users.

I’d suggest updating the versions of all your plugins and checking if this is still an issue for you. If it is, please provide annotated screenshots of each part of your site (e.g. date format settings and where the 1970 is happening).

    Thank you.

Hey there! This thread has been inactive for a while so we’re going to go ahead and mark it Resolved. Please feel free to open a new thread if any other questions come up and we’d be happy to help. ??
