Ticket ID number

Hi there,

It is not possible to remove Ticket ID. It is mandatory field.

Is it possible to remove its visibility just on the front end?

I can’t figure out the custom CSS to not display it on the front end.

To hide Ticket ID from frontend ticket list please goto Support Plus->Advanced Settings->Ticket List Settings and hide ID from frontend ticket list.
