    /wp-json/fluent-support/v2/customer-portal/tickets it is reflecting 500 internal server error. The old version was working fine. Please resolve this issue ASAP. I saw in the Network section when Ajax is running then error is showing and the response we are getting is below.
    {“code”:”rest_forbidden”,”message”:”Sorry, you are not allowed to do that.”,”data”:{“status”:401}}

    While other endpoints are working fine.

    We have released a new version v1.7.2 where we have fixed this issue. Please update with the latest one. Hope this will fix your problem. If you still face any problems please submit a support ticket here
