    Is it possible to have the ticket list visible in the admin panel so u can see when u login? U can see my Picture in the link

    Unfortunately it is not available. We have consulted this with our core team and they have refused to accept this feature in general product.
    Though, if you still need this, we provide customization service if you are interested.
