Ticket Packages Not Available

I haven’t added any tickets in a while and just tried to use the feature and they are not showing up. I tried the 3 suggestions from the web and have had no success. I have read all the support articles and have had no success. I have consulted IT professionals with no success. Is there an issue with the current version of WordPress and the plugin not being compatible? If so can I roll back to a compatible version? This is very important to our business at this time of year and I am desperate for a resolution.
