    I haven’t added any, it seems by default the email that gets sent from the requester now has [Ticket #] on the prefix of the subject line.

    Hi glreber, did you by any chance enable any other features in the plugin like VCita meetings settings or other areas of the plugin?

    dang it, you are correct. I finally got back to implementing the contact form and had forgot I had done that. Sorry for causing you to waste your time. but since I have your attention, is there a way to reset the increment?

    Hi glreber, the best way to achieve your request would be to create a new form or copy the settings from the current form into a new form. That should get your form to start from 1 if that is what you want. This applies if you used the function in the URL provided above.

    Remember to add the new form ID to the function.
