• When I search for the ticket (Woocommerce product with “ticket” selected), it finds it. I select it and when I push the save/update button, the “ticket price” goes back to “select one”

    I can select the ticket in “event area” of the “event” options – though the ticket does not show up on the event page.

    What am I doing wrong?
    How to solve this?

    Furthermore: after completing an order, the ticket in the order is not linked to any event.

    It tells me: “Event: (no event selected)”

    Waiting for assistance/helpful information.
