Ticket prices are wrong

    In the latest version of the Free plugin there is a strange quirk in the display and registration of ticket prices and reserved seats. It repeats the first item in the ticket list again and displays it at the bottom of the ticket list. It also adds one ticket of that particular ticket to the total, which is very confusing and unwanted of course.

    You can see that at the bottom it says “€10” and Spaces: 1 with a dropdown. I don’t think that’s the total price of all the tickets (would be nice to have that auto updated while user selects tickets) and the Spaces choice is the one from the “En nog een” event. I made sure I have a vanilla EM install.

    When I send in the form without changing anything, I get 1 standard ticket and 1 “En nog een” ticket:

    This bug doesn’t seem to appear in the Pro version, of which I have a demo account:

    hi,

    we already take a note of this issue and should be fixed soon but at the moment try this option Events > Settings > Bookings > Ticket Options > Show ticket table in single ticket mode =Yes

    When do you think an update will be available? And is it possible to have an auto-updating total price text label at the bottom of the ticket table so users can see what happens with the price when adding more tickets to the booking?

    have you tried dev version 5.4.2.1 ? check it by click Settings > General > Admin Tools > click Check Dev Versions

    I tried to update to the latest dev version but it can’t update because at the last few steps WP can’t delete the old plugin somehow. Might have to do with strict ftp rules that are on my account. Can you provide a direct download link to the zip so I can upload manually?

    OK I updated the plugin manually. I put the setting off again and the issue is resolved. Thanks!

    Yes that’s because I programmed that myself, as a separate plugin, because I couldn’t find that feature in your plugin.

    could you post that in a new thread with more info? we don’t have that feature at the moment, so not sure what the question is (or maybe i just answered it?)
