Ticket print Size

  • Did anything change in last update with ticket print size?
    when i tested tickets a few weeks ago the actual size printed was fine being about the size you would expect when printed but i just run tests again and found tickets are now so big they extend onto a second page at the bottom
    where do i look to get control over this sizing? any idea?

    I honestly have no way of knowing what one of your tickets looks like unless you send me a link. Nothing has changed in the ticket design or layout for a very long time, and certainly not in the last update, but I don’t know whether you’re using the default design or not.
