Ticket Response Lost if Submit Reply Failure

I’ve had this happen a few times now and it’s very frustrating. I reply to a ticket with a long and thoughtful response, but after clicking the Submit Reply button my response text vanishes and the spinner spins and spins forever until the end of time (when I give up and reload the page). When this happens my long and thoughtful response is gone and I have to write it all over again. The next response might not be so long and thoughtful.

I’m finding that I need to remember to copy my response text before I submit in case it fails. I should not need to do this. Can you please change the operation so when clicking the submit button, the response text is not removed from the page? At least if it fails to submit I can copy the text and try again.
