    Hi team,

Just wondering if anyone might be able to help. When I’m logged in the website I can see the ticket section fine (screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/1d9vOeu ) but when viewing the page logged out, the ticket options doesn’t seem to appear.

I’ve tried editing the tickets via Events Calendar plugin and Products (Woocommerce) but haven’t had much luck (can also confirm that the tickets do have start/end dates) Just an FYI the website uses Elementor Page builder and Crockoblock as well.

Is there any settings that I would need to double check? I’m not too familiar with this plugin and I’m feeling a bit stuck. Any help on this greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi @lisapearsonnz ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Our Elementor Compatibility Handbook knowledgebase article could be of interest to you. Try adding the Event Ticket widget to the Elementor Single Event Template and see if that rectifies the situation.

Hi Tristan, thank you for your quick response.

The event pages aren’t using Elementor page templates (rest of the site is) but it’s using the default template provided by the plugin.

The client has reloaded the tickets and it seems to appear fine, but I’m not sure why/how that resolved the issue. Is there anything we need to keep note of when adding tickets so we don’t come across this issue again?

    Thank you.

    Kind regards,

    Lisa

    Hi @lisapearsonnz

By any chance, were you using a Ticket Commerce previously and moved to WooCommerce, or vice versa? If so, then the previously created ticket will probably not show anymore.
