Ticket Status Not Changing

TICKET STATUS is not changing when a client sends a response on a ticket.
Status update is working OK when an agent sends a response.
My status are:
Nuevo (New)
Enviado (Sent) – When an agent sends a comment or response.
Pendiente (Pending) – When the client responds.
Cerrado (Closed)What I’m doing wrong? This worked fine before (I updated today to 3.x.x).
