• TICKET STATUS is not changing when a client sends a response on a ticket.

    Status update is working OK when an agent sends a response.

    My status are:
    Nuevo (New)
    Enviado (Sent) – When an agent sends a comment or response.
    Pendiente (Pending) – When the client responds.
    Cerrado (Closed)

    What I’m doing wrong? This worked fine before (I updated today to 3.x.x).

    Hello There,

    Please make sure you have correctly set the following settings :

    Dashboard > Support > Setting > General Setting > Ticket Status after Customer Reply
