    Hello,

we have a problem submitting a new ticket from the frontend using the Google Chrome browser (v38). It works well with Firefox, so this has to do something with Chrome. I am logged is as an admin, I fill out the fields and after submitting the ticket it doesn’t show up anywhere – it is not created.

In the JS Console I can see the error:
    Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function ?create_ticket_subject=435z4q5zh&create_ticket_body=thatrhrath&create_ticket_category=1&create_tick…:241(anonymous function) ?create_ticket_subject=435z4q5zh&create_ticket_body=thatrhrath&create_ticket_category=1&create_tick…:241j jquery.js?ver=1.11.1:2k.fireWith jquery.js?ver=1.11.1:2m.extend.ready jquery.js?ver=1.11.1:2J jquery.js?ver=1.11.1:2

WordPress v4.0 – everything is updated.

    Can you help me?

    Thanks + Kind regards,
    Stefan

hm seems like this only on my computer a problem, and only with chrome… I think this can be marked as “resolved”.
