[ticket-submit] Not Displaying Ticket Form

    I had a custom theme and I see since the latest update it went missing, if that helps anything.

    I resaved the theme settings and it works.

    What I can see is that creating a theme as advised by the developer to override default css is not the correct option as the update overrid that.
