    We installed the Pro version 2.1.2, and now users cannot see anything in the ticket thread other than the original ticket. Replies and notes are being stored in the database, but they aren’t displaying when the ticket is reviewed–either in the front-end or WP dashboard views. Help? Thanks so much!
