Ticket type booking reverts to default

I have setup 2 ticket types, and both appear at the top of the booking form. However, the default ticket type still appears with price and spaces below the two types. When booking, it then ignores the two ticket types and always uses the default. You can see what is happening at https://www.hmi.ie/events/hmi-annual-conference-2013/ Has anyone came across this before? I am using the latest version of events manager and the pro add-on.
