  • Hi, when I visit that link I only see two ticket options, Non-Member and
    HMI Member. Where are you seeing the third option?

    I got it sorted. I needed to enable ‘single ticket mode’ and ‘Show ticket table in single ticket mode’. In settings>bookings>ticket options. Thanks for taking the time to help.
