    1. did you added the ticket name ?
    2. you can used placeholders at Events > Settings > Emails > Booking Email Templates – https://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/placeholders/

    also, is this using EMPro? if yes, maybe you can use the pro forums instead.

    yes i added the ticket name. it is just showing the boxes to choose the quantity and nothing else.
    can you look at it for me? Yes EM pro 2.3.7

    this is for a charity any help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated. we need to get the tickets on sale ASAP.

    the problem is i am not the original developer so we dont have the username and password from when the pro version was purchased…

    I see, did you know when you started using pro and if you still have an active account which I think the site owner can send us email at https://wp-events-plugin.com/contact-us/ ? Or click on ‘Lost your password?’ on the link I posted above?

    is there anyway in the wp admin area to see a code or anything to allow us to access the pro forum?

    the site owner has no idea the previous developer purchased it and they are not on speaking terms..

    i am having the same problem with the theme as well…

    ah! now I understand; it’s the original developer who purchased EMPro.

    anyway, lets start again;

    – you already added tickets correct and can you share sample screenshots ?

    – can you try to Live Preview default twenty-thirteen theme? this is to rule-out any theme issue at WP Appearance > Themes > twenty-thirteen > click Live Preview instead of Activate

    – this might not be the cause but can you try to disable all other plugins to rule-out any plugin conflict?

    fantastic… if you were here i would give you a big hug…i changed the theme and there it all was perfectly how they should be. after two days of messing with it…. grrrr. I truely appreciate your help and I will be using this plug in on other sites in the future… THANK YOU SO MUCH…. now to change the theme…
