Ticket url

hello,
Ticket url is leading to login page (or ticket list for a loggued agent). Thus, guest users are not able to see their ticket. Ive checked all my settings and everything looks fine. Any clues?I’ve checked the following settings:
Support > Setting > General > Support Page – I made sure I have selected correct support page.
Support > Settings > Advance Settings > Ticket Url Permission – Anyone can see option is selected.just so you know: I did try to submit a ticket, but SC ticket from wouldn’t let our support page url pass through.
