    hello,
    Ticket url is leading to login page (or ticket list for a loggued agent). Thus, guest users are not able to see their ticket. Ive checked all my settings and everything looks fine. Any clues?

    I’ve checked the following settings:
    Support > Setting > General > Support Page – I made sure I have selected correct support page.
    Support > Settings > Advance Settings > Ticket Url Permission – Anyone can see option is selected.

    just so you know: I did try to submit a ticket, but SC ticket from wouldn’t let our support page url pass through.

    Can you please create a test guest ticket and share its Ticket URL with us so that we can check issue ourselves.

    Regarding creating ticket on our website, you can leave Support URL field empty as it is not mandatory. Instead provide your support page url in description field.
