    Our site is an intranet site. You have to have an Active Directory account to access it. When I create a new ticket an email is generated with a URL. This URL does not work. Instead of showing a user their open ticket, it opens the create ticket form page.

    In Support > Settings > Advanced Settings > Ticket URL Permissions is set to “Anyone can see”.

    What is wrong?

    Hello @eammendola,

    Please make sure you have followed the below steps :
    1. Create a page having shortcode [supportcandy].
    2. Then go to Support > Settings > General > Support Page and select page you have created in the first step.

    If that does not resolve the issue please create a ticket on this page.
