[ticket_url] link sometimes doesn't work

    Hi there! The link seems to work as expected, but the “Edit Information” link on that page is just causing the page to scroll, instead of taking me to the edit form. It looks like a conflict with the smooth scrolling plugin, because the link looks fine and also works (if you copy and paste it in a new tab).

    Please try and disable the smooth scrolling plugin and let me know if you still experience any issues. Thanks!

    Thanks for the info. Very helpful! We need to keep the smooth scrolling plugin so I’ll go with the workaround and ask people to right click or copy the link.
