    Hi there, I have a topic that was marked resolved but is not resolved. How do I mark it as unresolved or will someone “eventually” look at it?

    Or so I start the whole topic again and start from scratch. 2 weeks down the track???

    If you initiated the thread, you should see an option to mark the support thread as “not resolved.” You can find this option in the reply section or on the right sidebar of the page.

    In the meantime, I will close this thread for now and reopen your other support thread.
